Drive Markdown Editor uses Google Sign-In and Google Drive to let you open, create, edit, and save Markdown files.

Google account data

The application may receive basic Google profile information, such as your name and email address, for authentication.

Google Drive data

The application uses the Google Drive API with limited access to files that you open with, create with, or explicitly authorize for the application.

How data is used

Google account and Drive data are used only to provide the application's sign-in and file editing features. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

Storage

The application does not maintain a separate database containing your Google Drive file contents. Authentication credentials are used only as necessary to keep you signed in and access Google services.

Limited Use

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
